Hollow Structural Sections


1 - Hollow sections of high resistance, which are used as components of buildings and structures. These sections have a large variety of shapes and can be round, square, rectangular or special shapes.
These sections can be produced in a wide range of dimensions due to the different construction methods used to construct cross-sectional sections. At present, one of the major uses of high-dimensional HSS (large cans) is the column of buildings.
Pillars are one of the components of buildings, especially skeletal structures.
Their benefits include beautiful appearance, high strength to strength, robustness, cost-effectiveness and recycling capability.
2. Hollow construction sections of HSS are a metallic profile with a hollow section. The word H.S.S is a cross section (Thübler) produced in cold rolling (form) form. These sections are produced in square, rectangular and circular forms.

ASTM A500 and DIN-EN10219 to ST52 Grade

1-Coil Processing :
The roll of sheet is flattened by the use of rollers placed in the production line in different distances.


2- Rolling the edge of sheet
This machine is able to roll the edge of sheets and prepare them for optimal welding conditions based on DIN, ASTM etc. standards.



3-Forming
This part of production line is responsible for converting different flattened sheets into pipes and it includes:
A) Preparation before forming:
The flattened rolls of sheets are slightly bent by the rollers and they are prepared for the final formation.

B)Forming
At this section, the bent roll of sheet is formed by different rollers and it takes the form of pipes. 

C)Sizing
Based on the production size the rollers in this section take the responsibility of sizing sheets that are converted into pipes and the final form of pipes are developed.
4- Welding the Edges:
With capacity of 500KW this machine is able to weld the prepared edges of sheet together in two CONTACT and INDUCTION modes.
5-Bringing Over Boiling:
In this section, the added welds formed in the welded edges process are completely removed and a flat surface outside the tube is created.

6-Eddy-Current Test:
This device makes it possible to detect defects within the weld seam and HAZ immediately after welding, and thus will be able to remove the defective product immediately from the production line.

7- Final Form:
Forming and sizing the section from pipe into profiles happens in this part by the use of different rollers.

8- Cutting & Output Line
At the end the produced profile is cut based on the required length up to 12 meters and it is transferred to the storage for loading.

9-Control and inspection of welding and dimensions:
Finally, the final product is reviewed in terms of weld quality as well as the correct dimensions and curvature of the corners and if the product is correct  is transferred to the warehouse for loading.
